Fork Service 

Open Chamber $165 + parts | Closed chamber $175 + parts

  • Turn chrome tubes to smooth

  • Check anodize on Damper rods & Upper tubes

  • All Teflon coated bushings inspected

  • Oil seals lubed prior to installation

  • Maxima grease between oil & dust seals

  • Address rust if any due to (water intrusion)

  • Assure inner cartridges are holding pressure

  • Inspect free pistons with focus on plastic units

  • Cartridges bled beyond factory requirements​

Fork Rebuild

  • Standard fork service

  • Disassemble all valving

  • Document valving

  • Replace all valving shims

  • Surface face of all pistons

  • Replace cartridge seals

  • Replace free piston seals

  • Check spring preload or rate upon request

Shock Service

Standard reservoir shock $165 + parts​   |  Vintage or remote reservoir $200 + parts​

  • Oil & wiper seals replaced.

  • Bladder replaced each year, or with wear

  • Most non rebuildable seal heads rebuilt

  • Worn seal heads replaced with new

  • Shock shaft lathe spun to smooth chrome

  • Full synthetic Maxima shock fluid

  • Vacuum bleed fluid inside shock

  • Nitrogen fill
